Lourdes S.A. is oriented to the production and commercialization of bulk wine and grape juice concentrate in the domestic and international market with quality, efficiency, and focused on the satisfaction of our clients, associates, suppliers, community, and shareholders. Our main international markets are Europe, America, and Asia, and domestically we supply for the most important Wineries in Chile. Due to the high requirements of current markets and our interest in satisfying clients taking care of the environment, is that Empresas Lourdes S.A is committed to comply with high standards of quality, ensuring safety of our products through the HACCP system and an efficient management of significant environmental aspects associated to our activity (industrial wastewater and solid waste, etc). As evidence of this commitment, the company has voluntarily adhered to the Winery Sector Clean Production Agreement signed as of September 16th, 2003.

Continuously improve the efficacy of the Integrated Management System, checking the system to identify improvement opportunities, assess resources needs and allocate them when necessary. |

Motivate, create awareness, and train our staff in environmental, hygiene, safety, quality of the product, and occupational hazards topics to promote the development of labor in an ethical, responsible, and efficient fashion. |
The General Manager is responsible for establishing this policy and all members of Lourdes S.A. are responsible for complying with it. Likewise, responsibility for the development and maintenance of the Integrated Management System is shared by everyone in Lourdes S.A.
The General Management is committed to reach the Objectives and Goals arising from this policy, as well as ensuring the efficient communication thereof.
